Agreement
By ordering from Bash Africa, you agree to these terms. “We/Us” = Bash Africa. “You” = the customer.

Products
We sell premium iPhones + sneakers. All items listed as “Style” are inspired designs unless stated “authentic/original”. Product images are for illustration. Colors/sizes may vary slightly.

Pricing & Payment
Prices in ZAR and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment accepted via EFT, card, or other methods shown at checkout. Order only confirmed after payment clears.

Orders & Cancellation
You can cancel before we process/ship. Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible. Bash Africa reserves the right to refuse/cancel any order for fraud, stock issues, or errors.

Shipping
See Shipping Policy: Free shipping over R770, R80 under R770. Processing 1-2 business days. Delivery 2-7 days depending on location. Risk transfers to you once delivered.

Returns & Refunds
14-day return if item is unused, unworn, in original packaging with tags. Customer pays return shipping unless we sent wrong/defective item.
Refunds issued to original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive + inspect item.
Exchanges: Size swaps subject to stock. No refunds on custom/personalized orders.

Warranty
iPhones: 6-month functional warranty covering defects, not physical damage/water.
Sneakers: 7-day manufacturing defect warranty. Wear & tear not covered. Contact us with photos + proof of purchase.

Liability
Bash Africa not liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or issues from misuse. Our liability max = price you paid for the product.
