Shipping Rates & Free Shipping  
We offer standard shipping across South Africa.  
Free shipping on all orders over R770
Orders under R770: R150 flat rate shipping fee at checkout

Processing Time  
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes  
Once shipped, delivery takes:
2-4 business days for major metros: Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Gqeberha, Bloemfontein
4-7 business days for smaller towns and rural areas

Delivery times may vary during sales, public holidays, or due to courier delays outside our control.

Shipping Partners  
We use trusted couriers including The Courier Guy, Aramex, and Pudo. You’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email once your order ships.

Order Tracking  
Track your parcel using the tracking link sent to you. If you haven’t received it within 2 business days of placing your order, contact us at [insert email/WhatsApp].

Lost or Delayed Parcels  
If your parcel is delayed beyond the stated timeframe or appears lost, contact us. We’ll follow up with the courier and arrange a reshipment or refund if needed.
